Skirmisher[]
The skirmisher is the second boat unlocked in the naval lab. A full fleet of skirmishers can be instantly repaired for free, and a popular tactic amongst players is to send several fleets fo skirmishers constantly at one powerful enemy fleet until it is eventualy destroyed.
